Depending upon which of our telephone operatives you reach, they may not be able to provide an immediate answer for some specific product queries, but under such circumstances we'd always endeavour to get back to you with the information you require as soon as possible.

• 4. Are there discounts for buying in bulk?

  Yes, we are often able to provide significant discounts when products are ordered in bulk.

• 5. Are first aid products safe to use after the expiry date has passed?

  Many first aid products deteriorate over time and could be ineffective or even unsafe if used after the stated expiry date.

• Where are products shipped from?

  All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Blackpool, Lancashire. Please see our 'Delivery Info' page.
